What is an Employer of Record (EOR) and how does it work?
An EOR is a third-party organization that becomes the legal employer for workers in a different country or region. The EOR handles all employment-related responsibilities—such as onboarding, payroll, taxes, and compliance—while you retain day-to-day control of the worker’s responsibilities and workload.
Why would I need an EOR instead of setting up a local entity?
Setting up a local legal entity can be expensive and time-consuming, especially if you only need a few employees in a country. An EOR allows you to quickly hire and manage a global workforce without dealing with the complexities of foreign entity registration or compliance.
What are Global Payroll services and who is eligible?
Our Global Payroll services manage employee payroll in various countries where you already have a legal entity. We handle salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with local regulations.
How do you ensure compliance with local payroll regulations?

How long does it take to onboard a new employee or contractor?
